Other high passes are Baralachala Pass (4,892 m), Lachalangla Pass (5,065m) and Tanglangla Pass (5,360m), Kunzum Pass (4551m). Every bend in the road provides a fresh jaw-dropping view!

Cyclists peddle at their own pace discovering amazing mountain beauty, miles of serene rural dirt tracks and tranquil dirt roads, high altitude lakes, high mountain passes hidden away from the bustle of town life and well off the tourist track. You will travel through lush-green terraced fields, small villages with ancient Hindu temples and Buddhist monasteries and shrines still preserved after many centuries.

Cycling is a wonderful way to get about in this region and to enable travellers to witness the timeless cultural celebrations and life styles of the mountain people as well as the rich bio-diversity of the Himalayan heritage. It provides you with plenty of opportunities to stop by the roadside, talk to the people in the countryside, stop at the villages to find out more about their way of life along with astounding landscapes, and enjoy eating at local restaurants. Individuals and families, or adventure groups – everyone is invited for mountain cycling tours. Get to ride the glorious Himalayan Mountains, there are dozens of less frequented routes in the Himalayas where travelling by cycle is an entirely joyful experience.
