We understand that planning travel during uncertain times can be challenging. Our Flexibility Promise ensures peace of mind when you book with us. In the event of travel disruptions due to government-imposed restrictions, war, or a pandemic, you have the option to postpone your trip or receive a partial refund, depending on the circumstances and timeline of your tour departure.
Our Flexible Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy applies exclusively in situations involving travel restrictions, pandemic or a war. It does not cover cancellations made for any other reasons. You will have the option to postpone your trip or receive a refund back, provided the original tour departure date is more than 40 days away.
If less than 40 days remain, we’ll follow our regular booking and cancellation policy as shared with you at the time of booking. We’ll still do our best to assist and offer the best possible solution under the circumstances.
This policy does not apply to cancellations made for personal reasons, illness, or other non-government-imposed issues, Natural Disasters. We strongly advise obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover such scenarios.
You are eligible for our Flexible Booking Cancellation & Postponement Tour Policy if:
Your country of origin or destination country is placed on a government red list after booking.
Your government (e.g., FCDO or equivalent) issues an official advisory prohibiting travel due to war or a pandemic.

A flat 30% of the total tour amount will be retained to cover unrecoverable costs.
